Ingredients
- Closed-cup Mushroom, 150g, sliced
- 200g steak of beef, thinly sliced
- Sliced three cloves of garlic
- 20g of fresh ginger, sliced into matchsticks
- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
- Cut 1 small courgette into battons
- Half a red pepper thinly sliced
- 150g Chinese cabbage
- 150ml oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Two thinly sliced spring onions
- 30g of cashews, roughly chopped
- Coriander
METHOD
- Prepare all ingredients according to the instructions.
- Toast the cashews in a large wok or frying pan until they are browned. Remove and place on a side.
- Use a kitchen roll to wipe the pan. Fry the beef, garlic, and ginger in sunflower oil when hot until the meat turns golden. Then add the pepper, mushrooms, courgette, and oyster sauce to the pan. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles and sprinkled with cashews and spring onions.
